Paul Fleiss Evidence and Testimony

Christine Maggiore Speaks Out
I am Eliza Jane’s mother and therefore know better than anyone about my daughter’s medical records. As per my letter to David Thorton (president of the medical board of California) which is posted at the JusticeForEJ.com web site, at no time did any physician diagnose Eliza Jane with candidiasis. This word does not appear anywhere in her medical records, and at no time did Dr Fleiss prescribe an antibiotic to Eliza Jane. The medical board has these records, compared them to what was asserted in the charges and after careful review, dropped all charges against Dr. Fleiss.

What AIDS proponents fail to understand is that if EJ had candiasis or pneumonia, Dr. Fleiss would have been charged with gross negligence along with every other doctor who saw her, and if I had refused to give her any medication prescribed by Fleiss or another physician, this would have been grounds to file charges against me for negligence. Neither I nor Fleiss were charged by any entity with negligence.

If you want to assert that EJ had pneumonia, please do what John Moore, Mark Wainberg and other AIDS censors won’t do: Show me evidence of pneumonia in her lung tissue slides. If you can do so, I will fly you to Los Angeles for a public discussion of your findings.

The photos of EJ’s lung tissue slides have been posted on the internet for months and no one can point to evidence of pneumonia or explain why her slides were used as negative controls for pneumonia in two legal cases.

Charges Dropped Against EJ’s Doctor, Investigation into Coroner Launched The story behind the LA Times report on Dr. Paul M. FleissMarsha Gold
A report in the October 9th 2007 edition of the Los Angeles Times announced the Medical Board of California has dropped charges of gross negligence against one of Eliza Jane’s three pediatricians, Dr. Paul Fleiss, after a year-long investigation into the highly publicized case. According to the news item by Carla Hall, “The board did not find [Fleiss] grossly negligent in the care of any patient,” including Eliza Jane Scovill, and “acknowledged in its decision that it was flooded with over a hundred letters from generations of patients and parents in support of Fleiss.” [read more…]
The California Medical Board is wrong to say that Eliza Jane was diagnosed with candidiasisChristine Maggiore
An accusation made by the Medical Board of California against one of Eliza Jane’s local pediatricians, Dr Paul Fleiss, charges that Fleiss failed to diagnose, describe and treat two diseases indicative of AIDS that do not appear anywhere in EJ’s medical records. Upon discovering that these invented conditions were added to the accusation, Christine Maggiore wrote the following letter to Medical Board director, David Thorton, asking for an investigation into what appears to be a malicious attempt to give Eliza Jane AIDS.
Paul Fleiss Witness Testimony (pdf file)Testimony Submitted to California Medical Board
These letters of witness testimony (pdf) are among evidence submitted to the Medical Board of California in the case of Dr Paul Fleiss, one of Eliza Jane Scovill's pediatricians. Dr. Fleiss is charged with medical negligence by the Medical Board of California. The Medical Board charges allege that Eliza Jane suffered from “failure to thrive” which Dr Fleiss failed to notice. These letters from EJ’s teachers and babysitters attest to a vibrantly healthy, exceptionally intelligent and very energetic child who did not suffer from any signs of illness, serious or otherwise. Names and addresses have been removed or replaced by asterisks to protect the privacy of these witnesses.
