| I am Eliza Janes mother and therefore know better than anyone about my daughters medical records. As per my letter to David Thorton (president of the medical board of California) which is posted at the JusticeForEJ.com web site, at no time did any physician diagnose Eliza Jane with candidiasis. This word does not appear anywhere in her medical records, and at no time did Dr Fleiss prescribe an antibiotic to Eliza Jane. The medical board has these records, compared them to what was asserted in the charges and after careful review, dropped all charges against Dr. Fleiss. What AIDS proponents fail to understand is that if EJ had candiasis or pneumonia, Dr. Fleiss would have been charged with gross negligence along with every other doctor who saw her, and if I had refused to give her any medication prescribed by Fleiss or another physician, this would have been grounds to file charges against me for negligence. Neither I nor Fleiss were charged by any entity with negligence. If you want to assert that EJ had pneumonia, please do what John Moore, Mark Wainberg and other AIDS censors wont do: Show me evidence of pneumonia in her lung tissue slides. If you can do so, I will fly you to Los Angeles for a public discussion of your findings. The photos of EJs lung tissue slides have been posted on the internet for months and no one can point to evidence of pneumonia or explain why her slides were used as negative controls for pneumonia in two legal cases.
